Miami Beach

Miami Beach is a coastal resort city between the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay. Miami Beach has been one of America’s pre-eminent beach resorts since the early 20th century. The main road through Miami Beach is Collins Ave the original Millionaire Row between the Ocean and Indian Creek. It is the most beautiful stretch of land along the beach and home to some of the most beautiful and exclusive high rises and the world famous Fontainebleau Hotel. There are many houses and estates available on Miami Beach which caters to many of today’s hottest singers/movie actors from all over the world.

Art Deco Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  The Art Deco District is the largest collection of Art Deco architecture in the world and comprises hundreds of hotels, apartments and other structures erected between 1923 and 1943. Mediterranean, Streamline Modern and Art Deco are all represented in the District. The Beach is a sultry blend of the historic old and Modern luxury.

South Beach

South Beach is the southern tip of Miami Beach from 1st street to 41st street. It is home to the most beautiful people on the planet. Lots of people choose a healthy active lifestyle so you see people walking, running, biking, skating, playing on the water and just enjoying our amazing weather. It is currently one of the trendiest places in the United States with a mixture of the hottest clubs, amazing restaurants, and stores catering to the night crowd. There is also a thriving visual and performing arts district where Art Deco hotels of the 1920s and 30’s have been turned into apartment buildings along with the new modern high rises.

This is a high tourist area and you can walk around safely at all hours of the night. Ocean Dr. runs along side of the ocean with out- door cafes and the hottest outdoor entertainment. Lincoln Road is another popular outdoor shopping area with outdoor dining from some of the most amazing chefs from all over the globe. There are many concerts of some of the most popular artists and annual festivals that keep Miami Beach in the spotlight.  It is home to the original Jackie Gleason Theatre, The New World Symphony, Colony Theatre, The Miami City Ballet and the Holocaust Memorial.
